Every two years, the Canada Homestay Network gathers together our associates from coast to coast – Nova Scotia to Victoria – in one location for a company conference and retreat. As a virtual organization, it is a critical component of our team development, and gives us the chance to develop best practices and to generate innovative new solutions.
